TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Pricing: All of our sites are $50.00 per night based on an occupancy of two adults.  Any visitors from outside the park need to register their vehicle at the office and pay $3.00 per person.

 Payment:  A deposit of 50% of the amount of your stay is required as a deposit.  The remainder is due upon check-in.  There is a $2.00 reservation fee and a credit card surcharge of 2.9%.

Cancellation Policy:  To receive a refund, cancellation must be made 7 or more days in advance for a 1 or 2 day reservation; 14 or more days in advance for a 3 or more day reservation or a Holiday weekend; and 30 days for a monthly reservation.

 This property is privately owned.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to our guests or for loss of money or valuables of any kind.
